Waldners corner; thence leaving the same North 73 deg. West 180 feet to a sycamore tree standing in a ravine; thence down the same with the following courses and distances North 36 deg. West 541 feet to a willow North 71 ½ deg. West 291 feet to a small Mulberry north 71 deg. West 287 feet to a point 10 feet above mouth of another ravine South 78 ½ deg.
