Yagel from Curtiss Lee Vickers, single, by Deed dated June 26, 2006, of record in Deed Book 492, Page 139, in the Office of the Franklin County Clerk.  Said Carol Word died on or about June 29, 2017, and her interest in said property vested in John Word and Pamela J. Yagel pursuant to the survivorship provisions of the aforesaid Deed.  John Word a/k/a John H. Word, an unremarried widower, conveyed all of his right, title and interest in said property to Pamela J.
