  • Beginning at a post on the North side of the Evergreen Road (also known as Bridgeport and Farmdale Road) a corner to Dallas Kring's land, thence running with the Evergreen Road in a Westerly direction 146 feet, more or less, to a post a corner to E.R. Wade, thence with a woven wire fence and line of E.R. Wade in a Northerly direction 165 feet, more or less, to a post corner to land of E.R. Wade and Dallas Kring; thence with Kring's line in an Easterly direction 130 feet, more or less, to a post another corner to Dallas Kring, thence with the line of Kring in a Southerly direction 150 feet, more or less, to a post on the North side of the Evergreen Road, the place of beginning.  Said plat of ground hereby conveyed is enclosed by a wire fence and there is located thereon a four-room frame dwelling house.

  • Being Lot #6 of the Revision of Lots 27, 28, 29 and 30 and part of Lots No. 25 and 26, Winding Way Subdivision (Plat of which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Franklin County Court in Deed Book 88, Page 612) and the map or plat of said Revision being of record in the same Clerk's Office in Deed Book 138, Page 191, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description of the property herein conveyed. 
  • Being the same property conveyed to James E. Smith an Rena L. Smith, his wife, from James Paul Henley and Barbara Ann Henley, his wife, by Deed dated November 14, 1973, recorded November 19, 1973, in Deed Book 255, Page 390, in the Office of the Franklin County Clerk.  Said Rena L. Smith died on or about July 31, 2010, and pursuant to the survivorship provisions of the aforesaid Deed, her interest in said property vested in James E. Smith.

  • Being the same property conveyed to Kellie Renee Black, single, and Ethel D. Craycraft, married, from Felipe M. Valdivieso and LaVern B. Valdivieso, husband and wife, by Deed dated April 26, 2006, of record in Deed Book D490, Page 515, in the Office of the Franklin County Clerk.  Said Ethel D. Craycraft died testate a resident of Franklin County, Kentucky, on or about August 1, 2019, and devised her interest in said property to the Co-Successor Trustees under that certain Irrevocable Trust of Chester Lacy Craycraft and Ethel Devers Craycraft dated February 3, 2011, by Will of record in Will Book 70, Page 302.
