- First Tract: Beginning at the line of John Quire at a corner stone and white oak bush; thence North in a straight line about 747 feet to a hickory at the dividing ridge pike; thence West with the dividing ridge pike to the old Bald Knob Pike, a distance of about 58 feet; thence South with the old Bald Knob Pike to another corner to John Quire, a distance of about 513 feet; thence East with John Quire's line to the point of beginning, a distance of about 774 feet and containing 9 acres, more or less. - Third Tract: That certain tract or parcel of land located on the waters of Stony Creek and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a walnut tree corner between said first party and Milton Moore's land; thence in a straight line with the old road and Creek in an eastern direction and continuing in a straight line up the hill to a beech tree corner to J. L. Gordon and Dorothy Champe Gordon and Ed Wiley Champe, unmarried, to Robert Green and Pauline Green, husband and wife, by deed dated April 23, 1963, of record in Deed Book 178, page 232, in the Office of the Franklin County Clerk, and more particularly described therein as follows: Beginning at a point in the west right of way line of U.S. Highway #421 and which beginning point is in the south boundary line of the property now owned by J.J.
